Panell is a neighborhood in Monroe, GA. It is located south of Downtown Monroe and east of I-75. The neighborhood is made up of mostly small businesses and residential homes. There are several parks in the area, including Panell Park, which has a playground, basketball court, and walking trails. The community is also home to Panell Elementary School.
