Definitely would love to see a basketball hoop in the basketball area. Maybe another set of swings and maybe a couple benches would be great . Otherwise it is a clean park, with a fair amount of green space .

Ample parking and tennis courts. Bring an umbrella as there’s no shade on the courts.

Excellent experience. I planned an administrative outing day and we took a tour on the private charter. Our captain was very knowledgeable and a overall people person, we plan to do this again next year and I highly recommend Lord Nelson Charters.

Front to finish Lord Nelson Charters pulled through to make an exceptional sailing experience. The boat was beautiful and she sails wonderfully. Captain Vinnie was full of local knowledge about the lake and colorful stories, which all in all made for an excellent day on the water.

No idea where some of these bad reviews came from, but they are ridiculously wrong based on my experience. I needed to find a special, unique, and enjoyable setting for my wife’s 50th birthday celebration. We invited a dozen friends from all over the Southeast to for a sunset sail with Captain Ricki Lee. These are friends accustomed to the finest things (some have their own boat as well) and it would take something really nice to “impress” them. Well, we did. Captain Ricki Lee isn’t responsible for the great weather we had, but he did provide virtually everything else. We brought enough food and drink to make it party, but the pace, the setting, the general ambiance was top tier. A few people remarked they wanted to take this exact same charter for their birthdays coming up. I took my wife on a weeklong beach trip right after. She still says the sunset cruise was the highlight of her celebrations. Thank you Capt. Ricki Lee. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a memorable evening.

Depending on what you are going there to do… fishing, not so great. It’s tucked in a cove that gets a lot of wake coming in from the lake and marina across on the other shore. Picnicking or swimming, seems great. Beautiful view.
