We stayed for few nights in a suite. Great service, with a staff friendly helpful people. Great designs and our suite was amazing. Double balconies for the living room area as well as the master bedroom. Very clean and beautiful hotel.
The hotel has a modern vibe which is awesome all around. The pool area has clean towels placed each lounge chair as well neat bar

The staff was amazing and were helpful. I am giving it two stars based on the cleanliness of the room. I sent photos to the manager on duty and never received a response other than her telling me she would speak to the cleaner. As a housekeeping manager I am very disappointed.

This hotel is the worst ever do not stay here. They stole our stuff from our room then when I called cooperate they magically found my mom but didn’t find mine. Then I file a complaint with Wyndham to find they are a franchise and the lady owned it. She covers for her employees to steal out your room. Do not stay here. Ps I’ll see you in court. Ps I only gave stars cause I had to.

Excellent hotel and staff! This was my family’s first time staying at this hotel and location. We stayed in the premium upgraded room. We had a wonderful experience. The hotel was well maintained and clean. I would have given five stars, but the ice machine didn’t work, the dryers in the laundry room weren’t the best functioning m, but the washing machines were. We stayed for about 3 weeks and housekeeping only came by once, so that was disappointing, but overall the experience was overall was great. We were in a safe environment and it was quiet. The neighborhood had many shopping centers and plenty of places to go do things and restaurants to eat at for your convenience even with a gas station nearby. There is a hospital behind the hotel which is comforting and nearby movie theaters. Mostly everything is within walking distance. I personal would recommend this hotel for extended stay purposes and the price was reasonable for our short duration. We loved that we had a big refrigerator, plenty of storage and pantry space, as well as microwave and stove. If we ever needed an extended stay, we would definitely choose this one. They even have an elevator if you stayed on the upper floors, but we stayed on the first floor so we didn’t need to use it, but that’s good they have that option. The staff is very professional and friendly and are reasonable about available accommodations.

As far as people staying here are pretty much as friendly. But as far as I look at it. I like my privacy. And getting around is good to. . I’ve got a doctor less than a 1000 yards away at Eastside Medical. Of course the traffic is very busy but that’s to be expected on Scenic Hwy.

There was a leak under my sink that eventually created mold. No one ever checked it after it was reported multiple times. My sheets were never changed unless I went to the desk and asked. The GM in training, Alonzo, was rude, unprofessional, and uncooperative. The doors were NEVER kept closed and locked to the building, which wasn’t safe. It’s supposed to be a secure location. Some of the front desk were very friendly and accommodating, Brina and Brian. But, overall, it was a horrible experience. I packed my things a week early and stayed in my car to avoid staying there another minute.

I love this location!! EVERYTIME I go I have a pleasant experience. Yesterday I was trying to find an item and I had the hardest time. Two of the clerks spent time searching as I really needed the item as a gift for someone. Luckily they found it. . They’re always so helpful. I wish I could remember the name of the 3 women who helped me.

I just wish I could give Kirstin 500 stars! Everytime I go she blesses this face with a set of brows so beautiful I could cry! Her work is impeccable and her customer service skills are unsurpassed! She makes me feel like a queen! But let’s be honest….She’s the real queen! So much artistry and charisma!

The people here are nice and they try to please you. We are happy about our new baby boy. But there where some issues that made this only 2 stars. Room air conditioner is so old our room was stuck on 70. Not ideal for a new born just think about that.
The towels feel like sand paper on you’re skin.
Had no issues with lunch orders or dinner orders. But the breakfast person can go to hell they didn’t answer the phone for my wife’s order. Pretty much just told her to eat what they gave her. But completely ignored the fact that I eat food. So no breakfast for me! After being up all night and day. You know I would love to eat food instead of waiting for lunch.

All in all the people are great and we would come back. But the person serving breakfast needs to remember why they work here.

It’s a doctors building. They have doctors there. The doctors I see are very nice. I don’t know anything about the other doctors. I assume the janitor is nice too – it’s very clean.

This CVS is always very busy and sometimes they can’t keep up with the amount of customers. That is why I gave them four stars. However Tiffany is awesome and always going above and beyond to help the customers.

This school doesn’t care at all about its students. Firing a teacher as her students watch her? Outrageous. Almost all of the administration staff are against the students. They instigate issues with students to get them out. They’ll rather make the students look bad shi they can get a good name. If you care about your child, go to a different.

As a parent I give this school a 1.. teachers have their favorites and that goes for academic wise and sports… this school is more worried about getting money then these kids actually going somewhere. A teacher thought she was getting my daughter in trouble saying she was skipping all day… she said I see that she checked in this morning late but she did not show up to my class so I politely said “ma’am my daughter has been home in bed all day sick”… she had nothing to say. She cheered at this school for 2 years 3rd year she wasnt chosen I can see if she wasn’t good and they chose girls that were actually good but looking at the team it was based off of favoritism.. I must say my other daughter will NOT be attending this school. This school is just all messed up all the way around the board… I feel so bad for these kids. They love their school and half the staff could care less about them or their futures.

I started going here a month and a half ago. I can say some teachers care, but most don’t. Many kids don’t graduate, and it’s way worse than Dekalb. The counselors look at kids like they’re stupid. I feel as though you have to earn respect whether you’re a teacher or the president. I respect people, and I expect the same in return.

He spent the rest of his life wondering how that was possible…. Anyways, it’s target, so it gets five stars. HOWEVER there was a messy shelf. So I spent the next 10 minutes organizing it

Justin in electronics. He was swamped with customers. folks complaining about price differences and stock. He was working alone. I asked if he could help me get my item after he was finished with another customer. He got bombarded with folks wanting to pay in electronics for other items. He took the time to help each one an I patiently waited. Then he had to retrieve my item from the back of the store. He was calm and courteous with every customer and made them feel as if they were the only customer. He deserves to be recognized!!!!!

Went in looking for some good boot socks with a buddy of mine. We were the only customers and not a single employee spoke to us. There were a few girls behind the counter when we walked in, all of which looked at us, but then they went right back to talking amongst themselves. We passed a few employees while we were walking the aisles, searching for the socks. No one stopped to acknowledge our existence.
If you’re looking for the quality of service this place had before it was sold, you won’t find it here. We left without purchasing anything.

The selection was overwhelming! We were searching for work boots for our son. The staff was enormously helpful with teaching about fit and feel as compared to traditional tie up shoes. Quality is amazing. Well layed out. Loads and loads of choices. Will be back.

If you are interested in watching 10 employees sit around and do nothing but talk amongst themselves, this is the place for you. They always have way too many people “working” for the number of customers but they still manage to provide poor service. This will ultimately translate into higher prices for customers. My suggestion is to go to the store to browse and then order online from somewhere else. I don’t mind paying a little extra to a local store that has great service. However, the service is not good at all so I willi will just order somewhere else and save money instead. Not recommended.

Farrah, was a GREAT hostess-waitresses, although the food was not as hot as expected, food was Luke warm at Best…The Manager had to reorder the entire table… but, Farrah remained attentive throughout. We received our food as expect.. Hot and Fresh… we all enjoyed our meal… we will return…and be on the lookout for Farrah…#Great #Service

Our server Shannon was super nice & welcoming, I appreciate her service a lot!

My husband and I recently had lunch at Texas Roadhouse. He ordered a 6-oz sirloin but the waitress thought he said 16 oz. They gave it to him at the 6 oz price. He could only eat half of it and I ate half of my prime rib and had the rest of both boxed. The only complaint I have is on myself…. I walked off and forgot the box!😐🙄 We love eating there….the food is great and the people are so friendly!!
